I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, post-incarceration, and confidence, while centering it around faith-based views. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

My approach

While working together, I provide empathy and practical tools while being directive and taking an active approach to provide solutions for whatever part of your life is causing distress. Remember, no one begins therapy because everything is going well. You're here for a reason, and I'm here to assist you however you need without shame or judgment.

I provide clear, open, and direct communication. I believe in being honest while approaching sensitive topics. I am supportive, calm, and patient, all while holding clients accountable. You are the professional of your life, so consider me as a passenger with a different perspective to help you see things differently than what you have before.

My journey to mental healthcare

As someone who had a phenomenal experience in therapy, I recognize that sometimes the best solutions come from seeking help. I became a therapist because I saw the magnitude of assisting people who may not be able to successfully navigate life by themselves. I understand what it feels like to be heard, validated, respected, and not judged.
