Hi there, I'm Angelica!

I'm passionate about guiding clients through challenging and traumatic life experiences toward healing and self-acceptance. I work with adults and couples and specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, and loss.

My focus

I work with adults and couples managing depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidal ideation, relationship conflicts, communication issues, and loss of meaning. I also support clients navigating cancer diagnosis, chronic illness, caregiver burnout, grief, bereavement, separation, divorce, childhood sexual abuse, and sexual assault.

My approach

I primarily apply attachment theory and cognitive processing therapy in my practice, but I also adapt and incorporate other therapeutic approaches based on each client's unique needs. I view therapy as a collaborative process. We will work together to identify treatment priorities and develop a tailored plan that aligns with your needs and goals.
