I utilize cognitive behavior therapy, supportive therapy, brief therapy, solution-focused, DBT, motivational therapy, acceptance therapy, and communication therapy.

My communication style

I provide active listening through ventilation and validation. I believe that everyone is capable of changing, given the right tools. I motivate and encourage my clients to believe in themselves and provide a therapeutic environment where they feel safe and secure.

My journey to mental healthcare

I feel this is my calling. People have come to me with their problems, and I want to make a difference in their lives. I do women empowerment groups and want to encourage and empower my clients to reach their potential and believe in themselves.
