My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been interested in people's thought processes and how they view the world. I have supported and witnessed people's pain, healing, and growth. My goal has always been to help people through difficult times and to support them in achieving their goals.

My goals for you

As a therapist, I help identify what is holding you back and explore the origin of the challenge. We will look at your childhood, your upbringing, and discuss what beliefs have been helpful and or harmful to the life you want to live.

Our first session

We will talk about expectations and how we will navigate our sessions together. I will ask about your goals and explain how I show up as a therapist to see if this will be a good fit for you.
