My approach
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help manage anxiety and depression. Often, our internal dialogue is the problem. By making that dialogue more accurate and believable, it becomes easier to accept or challenge. This shift in thinking can lead to real relief and lasting change.
