I believe therapy works best when we have an authentic, open, and trusting relationship. I work hard to make sure you feel comfortable being yourself and having the critical conversations necessary for change. I specialize in anxiety, depression, work-related issues, LGBTQ issues, and recovery from divorce and trauma.

I typically work with adults who are working through challenges with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, histories of trauma, grief and loss, work-related stressors, caregiver stress, and LGBTQ issues.
My approach
I use many therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, Trauma, Dialectical Behavioral, and Narrative Therapy. The most important approach is being open and kind. I'm here to listen and understand that life can be challenging.
