I am Matt Litton, a licensed clinical social worker with over 17 years of experience providing evidence-based psychotherapy. I have extensive training in therapies to address depression, trauma, anxiety, substance abuse, and adjustment to life stressors.

My approach to therapy focuses on helping you create meaningful changes that result in inner peace and empowerment. I aim to help you understand and break free from underlying dynamics that are enacting struggle and suffering. Judgment creates a harsh and hostile inner experience, fear paralyzes us in place, and control can only go so far.

I work with individuals and specialize in treating ADHD, anger management, anxiety, behavioral issues, chronic pain, depression, self-esteem, substance use, trauma, and PTSD.

My first session with you
In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy and begin to develop a shared understanding of your unique situation, needs, and objectives. This will lay the foundation for our therapeutic relationship and help shape the direction of future sessions. I aim to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard and supported from the very beginning of our work together.
