I create a neutral and safe space for you to verbalize thoughts and emotions. I provide positive feedback while promoting healthy communication and meeting your treatment goals. My small caseload allows me to focus on each client.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist was not a conventional path. I was reared in a poor urban community and worked through college. While in college, I began volunteering with victims of domestic violence in the community. My life experiences have allowed me to grow as a person and a therapist.

I take a client-centered approach, focusing on where you prefer to direct treatment. I respect your right to self-determination and hope to collaborate with you in building your growth potential.

Our first session

Building trust and rapport will be the focus of our initial sessions. Establishing a respectful and neutral space is important in setting a therapeutic environment where you feel comfortable sharing.
