My communication style

I strive to co-create with clients an honest and non-judgmental space to explore interpersonal struggles. My style is calm, direct, and client-centered. My goal in therapy is for clients to feel confident speaking about anything real to their lives.

My journey to mental healthcare

Like many, I entered the profession through a wound from a tragic family loss. I have always been someone who cared and looked out for others in my life. I spent many years in non-clinical helping roles professionally and have a deep reverence for therapeutic work.

My goals for you

Goal setting begins with reflectively listening to clients non-judgmentally, and co-creating reachable objectives that begin with what the client is looking to work on.

Our first session

During our first session, we will get to know each other, discuss the benefits and risks of therapy, including confidentiality, and begin to co-create treatment objectives.
