I have specific training in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals and couples transitioning to parenthood. I also support individuals and couples who struggle with anxiety, life transitions, communication, and boundaries.

I also work with couples seeking improved communication and work–life balance, as well as individuals coping with anxiety, depression, overwhelm, life transitions and chronic pain or medical stressors.
