My approach to therapy is warm, client-centered, and collaborative. My focus areas of practice include anxiety, stress, life transitions, work-life balance, and relationship issues.

I typically see women and men in their 20s and 30s dealing with a myriad of issues, not limited to: anxiety, familial and romantic relationship issues, confidence/self-esteem issues, navigation of transitions, balancing the demands of life, and overwhelming stress.
My approach
My approach to providing therapy is based on the unique individual needs of each client. Common theoretical approaches I pull from include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness practices.
