My journey to mental healthcare
From January 2016 to December 2018, I completed my clinical hours for licensure at Prototypes - A program of HealthRight 360 located at 845 E Arrow Hwy Pomona CA, 91767. This experience providing therapy to diverse populations facing complex challenges solidified my passion for helping others improve their mental health and wellbeing.
My goals for you
My goal for you is to help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, build resilience, and make positive changes that allow you to overcome obstacles and thrive. I want to empower you with the tools and self-awareness needed to navigate life's difficulties, enhance your relationships, and find greater peace and fulfillment.
My first session with you
In our first session, we will discuss what brought you to therapy and begin to identify your treatment goals. I will ask about your history, current situation, and hopes for the future. This is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions and determine if my therapeutic style resonates with you. Together, we will start to develop a plan tailored to your unique needs and objectives.
