Hello, my name is Ana An. I am a bilingual, Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting and providing psychotherapy to individuals, children, and families. My passion lies in serving others and helping them achieve their recovery goals.
My approach
I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Psychodynamics, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My approach is tailored to meet your unique needs and help you overcome the challenges you face.
My focus
I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, adjusting to family changes, and substance abuse. I also have extensive experience supporting survivors and victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and rape.

My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from California State University, Bakersfield. My journey in mental healthcare has been driven by a deep desire to make a positive impact in people's lives and help them navigate life's challenges.
