I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, adjusting to family changes, and substance abuse. I also have extensive experience supporting survivors and victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and rape.
My approach
I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Client-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, Psychodynamics, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
