Hi there, I'm Lindsay!

I am a licensed Psychologist and I am passionate about helping people reduce their emotional pain and suffering. I work collaboratively with each person and lead with compassion and an open mind. I believe a great way towards healing is by working holistically and addressing the mind, body, and soul connection.

My focus

I love working with people trying to work through trauma, experiencing anxiety, issues with self-esteem, depression, or looking to incorporate their spirituality into their healing. I work with adults and any gender identity.

My approach

I tailor therapy to each individual's needs and have an eclectic approach to give you what you need and how you need it. I will often use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Spirituality, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Focused.

My communication style

I provide a warm, caring, and compassionate space for the people I work with. I will help you lovingly see yourself and others as well. I lead with my heart, openness, and curiosity, never judgment or in a position of power over someone. This is a collaboration with 2 experts in the room, and you are the most important expert on yourself.

My journey to mental healthcare

My challenging childhood included depression and anxiety, which made me curious about why people do what they do and how to help others suffer less. I've experienced trauma but use everything I've gone through to become a better person. It warms my heart when I see others grow and feel better.

My goals for you

We will discuss what you want to get out of therapy and how you will know you've gotten there. We will check in from time to time to make sure we are on track and make adjustments as necessary.

Our first session

The first time we meet will be a time for me to get to know you and answer any questions you have about therapy or how I can help you. We will then determine whether or not we are the best fit for each other and figure out the best plan moving forward.
