I integrate a variety of modalities based on the needs of each client. I most frequently use Trauma-Informed Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as both modalities allow me to help clients work on behavior change while gaining back control and empowerment in their lives.

My journey to mental healthcare

I decided to become a therapist because I have always wanted to help people and like to be a voice for the voiceless. Becoming a therapist, it gives me a chance to play a direct and supportive role in helping others reach their full potential and walk in their purpose.

Our first session

I will use the first session to create a safe space while engaging in open and honest communication. Each individual is different, so I will do a lot of listening before speaking in order to gauge how to help you best move forward.
