I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker helping young adults and adults manage anxiety, depression, relationship and family challenges, and life transitions. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s needs. I draw from CBT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and a client-centered approach to help clients understand thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, build on strengths, and develop practical tools for change in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.

My communication style is warm, supportive, and direct when needed. I create a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard, validated, and comfortable expressing themselves. I value authenticity and collaboration, and work to foster understanding while gently challenging patterns that may be unhelpful or keep clients stuck.
