I specialize in Humanistic / Existential, CBT, Object Relations, Solution-Focused, and Structural Family Therapy.

My focus

I have worked with clients navigating substance abuse, sexual abuse, schizophrenia, grief and loss, abandonment, isolation, borderline personality disorder, nightmares, insomnia, suicide, trauma, and religious issues. I also support at-risk youth, family reunification, career planning, coaching, and spiritual concerns.

My approach

I prefer a Humanistic Approach to therapy, and I tend to meet the client where he or she is at. I allow the client to determine their own goals and provide assistance as needed.
