My approach
Everyone is unique, and the approach to therapy should be individualized. I have extensive experience and training in using different therapies. My training includes EMDR, CBT, EFT, somatic therapy, art therapy, solution-focused, CPT, IFS, and DBT. I believe in using the strengths of several evidence-based therapeutic treatments.
