I work with individuals navigating addictions, career difficulties, life changes, compassion fatigue, chronic pain, codependency, domestic violence, family issues, first responder stress, infidelity, isolation, military and veterans concerns, post-traumatic stress, social anxiety, and workplace challenges.

My approach

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. My strength-based approach combines cognitive-behavioral methods while considering you in your environment. I tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique needs.

I treat people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Often, what is needed is a safe place to be heard. Our sessions provide that space where you can share openly and feel supported as we work together toward your goals.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of connection and the courage it takes to seek change. Supporting others in finding fulfillment and creating meaningful lives has been my calling.
