Hi there, I'm Kevin!

I work with individuals and families dealing with relational conflict, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I use a client-centered, eclectic approach tailored to your needs and meet you where you are.

I work with people who have experienced childhood or recent trauma, struggle to connect with family or partners, or face anxiety and depression. Whether you're dealing with challenging situations or seeking to live more authentically and find yourself, we can develop a strategy and goals together.

My approach

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you challenge difficult thoughts in a warm, safe environment. I also draw on solution-focused and mindfulness concepts to tailor our work to your needs, creating space where success has a greater chance.

My communication style

I practice mindfulness as a therapeutic tool and a way of engaging with you. I aim to be present, an active listener, and a full participant in your session and therapy experience.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey started when I volunteered with at-risk children and their families and felt a strong need to help them overcome challenges. This led me to change careers from business management to human services, working as a mentor and counselor before becoming a therapist. It's more of a passion.
