I am comfortable working with a variety of individuals from teenagers to Adults dealing with a variety of life/biological, and environmental issues. My comfort level extends to a variety of conditions such as grief& Loss, work/life balance, depression, anxiety, stress, phase of life change, relational and many more.
My approach
I view therapy as a collaborative effort that requires goal setting as an integral part of the process. My primary focus area of practice is assisting individuals with understanding how life experiences may impact their view of self and others by using a variety of cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and mindfulness techniques.
