My journey to mental healthcare

I am a second-generation Mexican-American and a first-generation college student. My journey to becoming a psychologist began when I learned of the shortage and need for more Latinx mental health professionals, especially men and Spanish speakers. I have always enjoyed helping people, and it comes naturally to me.

In our first session, we'll spend most of our time talking about how you've been feeling lately, and I'll ask questions to better understand your background, history, and presenting issues.
