I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20+ years of experience working with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues.

I approach therapy by providing a space where you can express your feelings openly, honestly, and without fear of judgment. I use a systems approach in my work with clients; we are shaped by our environment, and it is important to look at some of our problems through that lens to aid in better understanding ourselves.

In my sessions with you, I will typically ask what you would like to talk about and work on. I have an open and gentle style, and my goal is to help you feel safe expressing yourself.

My journey to becoming a therapist started when I took my first Psychology class; this piqued my interest as to how our family environments impact who we become and how we function in the world.

My goals for you

My goal is to help my clients see themselves and their ultimate potential more clearly by healing the blocks that come from childhood trauma and other types of trauma. Every goal begins with small steps. When we realize that we can take the first step, the rest is simple!
