My communication style is warm and engaging. I view therapy as a dialogue, that is, a joint effort between therapist and client. In this conversation, we explore ideas and resources to promote growth and change.

My journey to mental healthcare

My personal interest in striving for personal growth and achievement attracted me to the field of Psychology and the pursuit of an education in Counseling. Witnessing transformation in others is exciting and rewarding.

In our first or second session, I will assist clients in clarifying what they want to obtain from therapy. Together, we will set a timeline with periodic session check-ins.
