I believe that more often than not, clients find the therapist they were supposed to… so if you’re here on my page, please read on to see if you think I’d be a good fit for you! My approach to therapy is finding ways to connect with clients. There is never a lack of ways to make meaningful connections with clients or find some common ground.
My focus
I have run Anxiety and Mindfulness groups and am trained in trauma work. The clients I enjoy working with most are people who are motivated and invested in the therapy process. I work with children, teens, and adults, tailoring sessions to each client's needs.
My approach
My approach to therapy is working collaboratively with clients to make sure they get what they need out of therapy sessions. Some people actively want to make changes or learn interventions (i.e., relaxation tools to cope with anxiety), while others need a safe space held for them without judgment and with kindness.
