My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I’m drawn to the deeper layers of human change. I’m motivated by clients who are actively transforming—reorganizing identity, meaning, and inner truth. My work is driven by a commitment to help people move through profound psychological shifts with clarity and presence.

In transformational work, goals aren’t imposed—they emerge from what is already unfolding in the client’s psyche. I don’t use artificial checklists or symptom‑reduction targets. I track the deeper movement of a client’s inner process and set goals that support real psychological transformation.

Our first session

After the initial assessment, the first therapeutic session focuses on understanding what is already moving in the client’s inner life. I engage directly, explore emerging themes, and help clarify the deeper psychological or existential shift underway. Clients can expect grounded presence, honest dialogue, and immediate depth.
