I am excited about life! Enthusiastic about meeting new people. Learning and having new experiences. At my core, I am a peacemaker, searching for the good and embracing diversity in others, with a strong desire for problem-solving.

My focus

Through self-realization and freedom, I help clients live their lives to their fullest potential. Being a sounding board and guiding individuals to wholeness is a natural fit for me. Providing therapy feels like the work I'm meant to do.

My approach

I use Client-Centered, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Substance Abuse Education to support your healing and growth.

My communication style

It is an unrestrictive environment, and clients are able to be free and feel vulnerable in their humanness. Through life experiences and the release of emotions, I am able to use humor in sessions.

My journey to mental healthcare

Being the middle child of three, I quickly developed the role of peacemaker. Coming from a solid home seeped in love, with parents who instilled respect, encouraged individualism, and a strong sense of social responsibility, it was natural for me to want to serve and help others.

My goals for you

Once you report utilizing coping skills that help with your issues and are no longer experiencing symptoms, I will decrease sessions and start the discharge process, providing check-in sessions over time.
