My communication style

It is an unrestrictive environment, and clients are able to be free and feel vulnerable in their humanness. Through life experiences and the release of emotions, I am able to use humor in sessions.

My journey to mental healthcare

Being the middle child of three, I quickly developed the role of peacemaker. Coming from a solid home seeped in love, with parents who instilled respect, encouraged individualism, and a strong sense of social responsibility, it was natural for me to want to serve and help others.

My goals for you

Once you report utilizing coping skills that help with your issues and are no longer experiencing symptoms, I will decrease sessions and start the discharge process, providing check-in sessions over time.
