I offer a warm, supportive space to understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and create meaningful change. As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, I offer therapy in English and Spanish. My focus
I especially enjoy working with adults and women facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, low self-esteem, and attachment or relationship concerns. I also work with children, helping them express emotions and build coping skills and confidence, while collaborating with parents and caregivers.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I help you understand patterns shaped by past experiences, build self-compassion, and develop practical tools for change. I tailor therapy to your needs using CBT, ACT, DBT, attachment-based therapy, EFT, IFS, and EMDR.
