My journey to mental healthcare

I've always felt drawn to helping others and supporting them in navigating their own paths. Over time, I discovered that my skills in communication, connection, and encouragement naturally fit within the field of counseling.

I take a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I believe that therapy is an evolving process, so I remain flexible and open to revisiting and adjusting these goals as your life circumstances change or as you discover new areas of growth.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll review important details such as confidentiality and scheduling, and begin the intake process to learn about your background, current concerns, and what you're hoping to gain from therapy. This session is also a time for us to begin getting to know each other.
