Hi there, I'm Daniela!

I am a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) therapist who is passionate about working with individuals and helping them take control of their mental health and support them through their healing journey.

My focus

I am a trauma therapist with broad experience working with children/adolescents, adults, and families, and specializing in trauma, grief/loss, depression, and anxiety. I am fully trained in multiple Evidence-Based Practices (CBT, TF-CBT, and PC-CARE) and am DBT and ACT-informed.

My approach

I utilize a person-centered approach to help clients feel in control and comfortable with the therapeutic process. I strive to provide a non-judgmental space for my clients. I also believe in working collaboratively with clients in order to support them with self-efficacy.
