I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am genuinely passionate about helping people improve their mental health and find healing.

I aim to build a collaborative relationship with my patients. I am passionate about helping and working with families, individuals, couples, parents, and children. As a therapist, my focus is to provide therapeutic support by addressing the person's emotional and relational well-being.

My approach

My approach is client-centered, solution-focused, systems therapy, psychodynamic, and attachment therapy. In my practice, I integrate my Catholic-Christian worldview and provide pastoral guidance.

My communication style

I strive to create a compassionate and safe environment for all of my patients. My goal is to create a holding space for my patients to feel comfortable, valued, and respected.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began my career in the mental health field, volunteering at different parishes and becoming involved in multiple pastoral groups. As a youth ministry leader, I witnessed people's need for healing and recovery from mental, behavioral, and emotional affliction.
