I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is very passionate about destigmatizing mental illnesses and providing excellent psychotherapy to my clients. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology from UCLA and my Master's in Social Work from USC. I have 6 plus years of experience in the field. I love to travel, go hiking, roller-skate, and eat!

I enjoy supporting those who may feel ostracized by their community for their ethnicity, gender, or beliefs. I have worked with a variety of people, from older adults to children, different ethnicities, genders, homelessness, individuals who use drugs, athletes, veterans, and more.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you identify and reshape unhelpful thoughts. My approach is practical and collaborative, giving you tools to feel more in control. I may also incorporate other evidence-based modalities (EMDR, ACT), depending on your symptoms, needs, and wants, in order to support your unique goals and progress.
