My focus
I work with individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, and depression. I also work with those facing relationship, family, and job stress, along with the stress around life transitions and decisions.
My approach
I have a background in mindfulness meditation and other mindfulness-based relaxation techniques. I look to emphasize my client’s strengths and tap into these strengths to improve the overall quality of life. I also appreciate the value of establishing and building a therapeutic relationship with my clients to help them reach their treatment goals.
