My name is Patricia Rodriguez and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked in the mental health field for over 17 years. My experience has been working with children, teens, adolescents, adults, and families who suffer from anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship/family issues.
My approach
My approach to therapy utilizes Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Trauma Focus Therapy.

My focus is to help individuals and families work through and heal from anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship/family issues.
My communication style
I will create an environment free from judgment, a place of empathy, and a trusting relationship. Together we will work through your barriers. You will experience a place of calmness while working with me.
My journey to mental healthcare
My personal experience has been many years of trauma, by family disfunction and grief/loss. As I became an adult I knew I wanted to heal and through my own healing I found a passion in helping others heal from their trauma. My purpose in this world is to bring hope to people who are hurting and help find that passionate within them to be the best version of themselves.

Clients will be prepared to share their barriers and ready to have a person who is willing to walk this journey with them.
