I work with adults on life transitions, relationship and connection losses, and family-of-origin issues including early wounding and trauma. I focus on undoing limiting beliefs that create fear and self-doubt, the pain of self-judgment and comparison, and destructive behaviors or addictions used to cope.

I take a transpersonal, holistic perspective that integrates all aspects of yourself. Your answers and solutions are already within you. I help you develop the fundamental skills of self-awareness and self-understanding so you can access them and move forward with clarity.
