I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am licensed in both California and Hawaii. I have over 20 years of experience working with adults to help them live their best lives. I approach my clients with compassion and empathy. We will work together to determine the best approach to your therapy based on your needs.

My focus

I typically work with adult clients who struggle to communicate their needs, desires, and true self, thus preventing them from feeling they are living their best life.

My approach

I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for adults struggling to be seen for who they are. I will provide the space for you to explore how you got to where you are today, and then work with you to develop a plan to help you get to where you want to be. You are in charge of the direction we go.
