My communication style

I spend the first part of a session listening deeply to you. Then we identify where your blocks are—false beliefs, fears, habits, and somatic blocks. The goal is to re-establish flow, self-confidence, and ease. I offer comprehensive, streamlined systems for every circumstance that may arise - communication, money, optimism, relationships, and more.

My journey to mental healthcare

I'm the author of a Holistic Therapy System called 5DQ. I've lived in five countries on four continents, worked with Buddhist monks, therapists, and healers around the world, and integrated these teachings into my work. I worked one-on-one with Ram Dass. I have lived my dreams and believe deeply that you can also.

My goals for you

I want to know what your dreams and goals are. They are attainable. I've had a radio show and a TV show, I've written books, I've written and recorded 60 songs; I've climbed mountains, run marathons and triathlons, bicycled triple centuries, sky dived in Washington, paraglided in Nepal, parasailed in Africa. I can help you to manifest your dreams.
