I have been a clinical social worker. In that time as a therapist, I have worked with clients struggling with and facing depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and grief and loss.

Most of my experience as a therapist has been working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and grief and loss of a loved one.

I will work with you, teaching you hands-on coping skills, facilitating you to better understand yourself, what triggers are, and how to recognize and manage them better.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have known I wanted to provide therapy for most of my life. I realized that life is already hard without the additional struggles of mental health, and I wanted to be a part of facilitating your recovery.
