I work with couples (LGBTQ+ couples, intercultural/interracial couples, and couples that are co-parenting) who may be fighting, struggling with communication and connection, or considering separation or divorce.

I work with both individuals and couples, helping people heal from the effects of former or current destructive relationships, restore their sense of trust in themselves, and experience more safety, connection, and satisfaction in their lives. I'm here to support clients in healing from past traumas and developing skills to manage triggers.

My journey to mental healthcare

Healing is a journey, not a destination. I believe people get through things and not over things. I remember wanting to begin therapy but having no one who looked like me, and I wanted to be able to provide therapy to BIPOC folks.
