Clients can expect to be active participants in every session. I invite clients to openly share what is working and what isn't, and I work hard for clients to feel heard and understood. I feel collaboration is key. After all, clients are the experts in their lives.

My journey to mental healthcare

I am passionate about helping and supporting clients, and this is what has led me to become a therapist. I'm driven to work alongside clients to help them identify their strengths and resilience and to continue fostering their personal growth.

My goals for you

Clients are a key part of the therapeutic process and will be active participants in the treatment planning phase. Goals will be developed to target key areas that bring clients into treatment.

Our first session

During the first session, clients should expect to get to know me, to learn about therapy and its limits, and to complete the initial assessment. Clients will have an opportunity to ask questions and gain general information on what's to follow during the next session.
