My journey to mental healthcare

With a background in Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Social Work, I’ve gained a strong foundation for understanding people and the complex systems we navigate every day. Along the way, I discovered a true passion for supporting others, which led me to my path as a mental health provider.

My goals for you

Clients are the experts in their own lives. My job in the therapeutic setting is to provide guidance and collaborate with you in creating treatment goals that will serve as your guide to therapy. It is also important to understand that treatment goals can be modified as you begin to grow, learn, and change throughout the therapeutic process.

Our first session

Our first session will serve as an introduction focused on understanding your needs, current challenges, and discussing your goals for therapy. The first session also gives you the opportunity to ask about my approach and determine if you feel I am a good fit in your therapeutic journey.
