My journey to mental healthcare

I decided to become a therapist because I have always felt drawn to helping people. Volunteering and giving to my community started my journey, but what I found the most rewarding was listening to experiences that have impacted people and understanding the way those experiences shape the individual.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting with clients is all about working together to define what you want to accomplish in our time together. This often starts by meeting the client where they are without expectations. It is my goal to work on building trust between us, allowing clients to become comfortable with being in therapy.
