My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been drawn to helping people through difficult times. Seeing individuals become the best versions of themselves brings me joy, and that's what led me to this work.

Our first session

We'll spend most of our time talking about how you've been feeling recently. I'll ask questions to understand how I can help. The first session is about building connection and getting a sense of where we should go from there.
