Hi there, I'm Yesenia!

It's normal to feel fear and anxiety when seeking help, but if you take the next step, we can work collaboratively to promote growth and healing. I utilize a holistic, strength-based approach and a solution-focused model to help strengthen the skills you already have while developing more effective tools to manage current stressors.

My focus

I work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, anger, addiction, identity issues, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and life transitions. I specialize in depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma by utilizing a variety of modalities depending on the client's preference and what they need.

My approach

I utilize several modalities, including EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused therapy. Out of all the modalities I'm trained in, I've found EMDR to be the most effective and always recommend it, especially when there is trauma, if a client is feeling stuck, or is often being triggered.
