I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker supporting adults and couples—especially neurodivergent individuals and parents—through anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I specialize in perinatal stress, loss, and identity shifts, offering warmth, clarity, and care.

I support adults managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and relationship stress. I specialize in perinatal mental health, including infertility, loss, and new parenthood. I also help clients facing burnout, identity changes, and the overwhelm of caregiving.
