I have had the privilege of serving individuals with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders. I also have extensive experience working with older adults and navigating the unique challenges they face.

I work with individuals and couples, specializing in aging, anxiety, bipolar disorder, codependency, coping skills, depression, dual diagnosis, family conflict, grief, infertility, life coaching, mood disorders, older adults, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress, substance use, and trauma/PTSD.
My approach
My therapeutic approach is individualized to each patient's specific goals and needs. I utilize a variety of evidence-based interventions, including talk therapy, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, among others.
