I love what I do! Being a therapist is more than a job; it reflects a core part of me that enjoys getting to know people. Growing up, my friends and family always came to me when they needed someone to listen to their concerns or help them find solutions to their problems.

My goals for you

My goal in treatment is to establish a safe space where you feel heard, seen, and hopeful. My approach to goal setting is working collaboratively to define what you want to accomplish and setting achievable goals.

Our first session

During our first session, we will talk about what brings you into treatment, how you have been feeling recently, and I will ask questions to better understand your needs. The first session is about building our relationship, learning about your specific needs, and setting goals for our work together.
