My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist after struggling to find support that truly understood grief and caregiver burnout. That experience shaped my approach: warm, grounded, and practical. I aim to help clients feel seen, build coping tools, set boundaries, and move forward with hope.

I help clients reach goals by turning concerns into clear, realistic steps. We define what success looks like, identify barriers, and set measurable goals. Sessions build skills and insight, track progress, and adjust as needed. Between sessions, clients practice tools in real life for lasting change.

Our first session

In our first session, we focus on what brought you in and what you want to change. I will ask about current stressors, symptoms, and history at a pace that feels safe. We will discuss goals, how I work, and next steps. You will leave feeling heard and with a clear plan.
